LarinSoft; employs recruitment procedures in order to recruit candidates who are open to improving both himself/herself and his/her teammates, are prone to teamwork and are eager to take his organization further. Our opened positions are announced within the company and published on job search portals. After the Human Resources interview, a 2-stage technical interview is held with the candidates who are considered suitable for the position according to the evaluations. Software specialist candidates may be asked to develop a short code during the interview. As a result of the evaluations, the proposal stage is started.
