Your personal data is primarily processed for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations imposed on us by the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and the Tax Procedure Law No. 213. In addition to fulfilling our legal obligations, your personal data is processed for the purposes of providing the service you request at the highest level, having your profile record ready for your next service request, determining the services suitable for you quickly and accurately, and for the purpose of ensuring our most important principle, “customer satisfaction”. Your personal data may also be processed for the purposes of improving the services we offer you, increasing the quality of service, ensuring that third parties fulfill their technical, logistical and other similar functions on our behalf as service providers, and ensuring that your payments are made quickly and securely when necessary.

3. To Whom and For What Purposes Can Your Personal Data Be Transferred?

4. By what methods and on what legal grounds is your personal data collected?

Your personal data is collected verbally, in writing or electronically, in order to provide our services in line with the purposes stated above and to fulfill our contractual and legal responsibilities completely and accurately in this context, and to fulfill the obligations imposed on us by the provisions of the legislation, especially the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, Tax Procedure Law No. 213, Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

5. What Rights Do You Have Over Your Personal Data?

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, everyone can apply to the data controller and obtain information about themselves;

• ·Requesting information regarding the processing of personal data,
• ·Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• ·Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• ·Request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• · Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7.,
• ·Request that the operations carried out in accordance with clauses (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred.,
• ·Objection to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems.,
• ·In case of damage caused by unlawful processing of personal data, the person has the right to demand compensation for the damage.

The right/demand you want to exercise should be clearly stated in your request along with your identity information and the necessary explanations should be made by adding all the information and documents subject to your request. Requests submitted to us and meeting the required qualifications will be finalized within thirty days depending on the nature of the request and the result will be notified to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the feedback method you have selected in your request.
